AC was out. I phoned on a Saturday in the AM and got a return phone call within half an hour from Archie Horn & Son Ltd.. They gave me some ideas on how to fix the problem. I decided that it wasn't an emergency so I was told that they would be at my door on Monday to help. Excellent customer service.
