When I hired them to change my whole heating system: boiler and water heater they actually sent 4 people over to make sure the job was done the same day. The last man, George, who is nothing short of a heating wizard left after 7 pm. Over 10 hours after he started that morning. The job was clean, the men were polite and courteous and the system works GREAT..... All my questions were answered precisely and honestly. Every time I hire a contractor to do something at the house I have bad luck and something goes wrong. This time around that didn't happen. Quiet the opposite in fact. Very happy with the service and equipment I got from them.

AC was out. I phoned on a Saturday in the AM and got a return phone call within half an hour from Archie Horn. They gave me some ideas on how to fix the problem. I decided that it wasn't an emergency so I was told that they would be at my door on Monday to help. Excellent customer service.
