Alex was really personable and knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease, especially my mom who was really upset (my late dad used to take care of household repairs). Alex got to work quickly and got the job done, explaining the process every step of the way. The invoice was very affordable and cost less than we thought. We feel so much better with everything now fixed, and you can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind. We are new first-time customers who wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
