We had a major plumbing issue in our home recently and in a panic, I called Archie Horn & Son as they are a name I recognized and they had been recommended to me by family previously. They were AWESOME. They had someone out within a hour working on emergency repairs. It ended up being a 5 day job total and a big, messy fix. They were efficient in their work but also incredibly empathetic to the stress that came with it. They were great at providing updates throughout the job and explaining things in a way that made sense to someone without a great knowledge of plumbing. They never gave me false hope about the job, and explained best, worst, and realistic case scenarios. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and shared a good amount of laughs with them as well. A huge shout out to Alex, Amy, and Darryl for their top notch plumbing service. The administrative team at Archie Horn & Son was also great to work with. They were quick with estimates & invoices and understanding with me when I needed a couple of days to work things out with insurance before making final payment. Also had some good laughs on the phone with them as well! I’d highly recommend Archie Horn & Son and will definitely use them again if we have any other plumbing concerns.

Excellent, professional service and friendly service people and staff. Pricing was very fair as well. Our sump pump motor started to fail and they booked us in right away. They cleaned our sump and replaced the pump, better than the original install! The service person even gave us maintenance tips, highly appreciated. Photo is before the sump was cleaned.

A detached drain in the upstairs bathroom sink caused the water to leak into the downstairs bathroom via the ceiling vent. This sudden plumbing emergency made us panic as we weren't sure what to do. Luckily I remembered Archie Horn & Sons from when I worked at the bank serving one of their nice employees. They sent someone out first thing in the morning. Alex was really personable and knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease, especially my mom who was really upset (my late dad used to take care of household repairs). Alex got to work quickly and got the job done, explaining the process every step of the way. The invoice was very affordable and cost less than we thought. We feel so much better with everything now fixed, and you can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind. We are new first-time customers who wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
